WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

All prices are automatically shown in Australian AUD.  Please select your currency in the drop down menu.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to it. You can request to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with the changes you need. Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it.

If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to contact@florenceandalexander.com.au immediately and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

 

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any further questions regarding the status of your order please reach out to contact@florenceandalexander.com.au

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To change your delivery address, please email contact@florenceandalexander.com.au  with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently only accept Paypal.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DISPATCH?

Please allow up to 48 hours for an order to dispatch.

During peak season, orders may take up to 5 working days to dispatch. If your order is urgent, please notify contact@florenceandalexander.com.au and include your order number.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please contact contact@florenceandalexander.com.au  right away.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST TO AUSTRALIA?

All shipping within Australia is $10.00 postage and handling

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER COME?

We express ship all orders through Australia Post, so you should receive it within 2-3 working days. Please not this may be delayed over the holiday period.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to track its journey online at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship anywhere globally!

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We express ship all orders for a fee of $20AUD

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER COME?

We express ship all international orders via DHL and FedEx. Shipping normally takes between 3-6 business days (please keep in mind during peak season shipping can take up to 8 workings days).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS MY ORDER IS LOST?

Florence and Alexander are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed with our courier company, shipment is out of our hands and you will need to deal directly with Australia Post, DHL or FedEx.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?

Please be aware that your country upon arrival may charge customs and duties taxes. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are set by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery. Please note; not every country has these taxes.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.
